Supporting Safer Communities
Grant Program

Meet the Grantees: Supporting Safer Communities Program

These 80+ programs and projects improve quality of life and engage those at high-potential for involvement in gun violence, including reentry support for those returning from incarceration, deploying high-risk violence interventionists, and providing mental health and survivor support services.

The SSC Program also supports grassroots, anti-violence youth development programs that expand access to spaces, activities and services. Funded programs receive technical assistance and training support to ensure they are implemented well and positioned for future success.
